RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

IMPORTANT

All our products are original brands and are endorsed by the best manufacturers. Our commitment is to achieve the total satisfaction of our clients, so if you are not satisfied, we guarantee your money back. You can exchange or return any product within a period of 15 days from the moment of delivery.

An exchange or return of a used or washed product will NOT be accepted. For hygiene reasons, changes or returns of underwear (panties, briefs and boxers) will not be accepted.

CHANGES

1. Contact us by e-mail [email protected] Tell us your name and the products you want to change.

2. We will respond with a change code with which you can now prepare a package with the garments you want to change.

3. Then send the product to Intime Shop (you have the address at the bottom of this page). You can choose the method you prefer, the costs and management will be at your expense.

4. When your package arrives at Intime Shop, we will check the status of the product. If everything is correct we will proceed to make the change within 72 hours of following business days. Changes are subject to stock, if we do not have the model, size or color, we will contact you to find a solution.

5. Finally we will send you the change, in this case we will take care of the costs and shipping management.

RETURNS

2. We will respond with a return code with which you can now prepare a package with the items you want to return.

3. Then send the product to Intime Shop (you have the address at the bottom of this page). You can choose the method you prefer, the costs and management will be at your expense.

4. When your package arrives at Intime Shop, we will check the status of the product and if everything is correct we will proceed to make the payment of the amount of the garment / s within 72 hours of following business days, with the same payment method as was used at the time of purchase.

WRONG PRODUCT

1. If you have received a wrong product, we apologize from the start.

2. Send us an email to [email protected]

3. We will contact you to arrange the collection and send you the correct garment.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If you have received a defective product, we apologize from the start.

To speed up the process, send us several photos to [email protected] where the defect can be seen, along with your name and number of the order or invoice and a brief explanation of the detected defect.

We will assess your case and we will contact you, in the event that it is a manufacturing defect we will manage the collection and we will send you a new garment.
